BeigeCheckWith the Beige-ometer

For Claude Team and Enterprise owners

You add BeigeCheck to your Claude organisation once, and everyone connects it.

On Claude Team and Enterprise, members can’t add a custom connector like BeigeCheck themselves. An Owner adds it for the organisation, then each person connects it with their own BeigeCheck sign-in. It takes about five minutes.

Using Claude on your own Free, Pro or Max plan? You add it yourself: the steps are on the Connect page.

Before you start

  • On Team you need to be an Owner or Primary Owner. On Enterprise, an Owner, Primary Owner, or someone with a custom role that includes Manage access to Libraries.
  • Your company needs a BeigeCheck workspace, and each person needs to be on its team. Your BeigeCheck owner invites them from Team; there’s no charge per person.

Add it for the organisation

  1. In Claude, open Organization settings, then Connectors, and choose Add.
  2. Hover over Custom, then choose Web.
  3. Call it BeigeCheck, paste the server address below, and choose Continue. Claude detects BeigeCheck’s sign-in by itself, so choose Continue again.
  4. Under Authentication choose Sign in now, so each person signs in with their own BeigeCheck account. Under OAuth client keep Use Claude’s published identity. Add no request headers.
  5. Choose Add.

Don’t add an API key or shared credential: BeigeCheck uses each person’s own sign-in, so everyone sees only their company’s workspace.

What each person does

  1. In Claude, open Customize, then Connectors, and find BeigeCheck in the list.
  2. Choose Connect and sign in with the email address their BeigeCheck invite went to.
  3. Open BeigeCheck and set both groups of tools, Interactive tools and Read-only tools, to Always allow. Otherwise Claude asks every time. All of BeigeCheck’s tools only read.
  4. Then name BeigeCheck when they ask Claude to write:
  • “Use BeigeCheck to write a LinkedIn post about our new client in Leeds.”
  • “Use BeigeCheck to check this article before I send it.”
  • “Use BeigeCheck to draft a proposal for a mid-sized accountancy firm.”
  • “Ask BeigeCheck what we’ve approved about our client results.”
  • “Anything new from BeigeCheck?”
  • “Has my draft been approved in BeigeCheck?”

Once you’ve added it, tell your BeigeCheck owner, or tick “BeigeCheck has been added” for Claude under AI tools on the Team page in BeigeCheck, so invites show people the connect steps instead of asking them to wait.

Remove it

In Organization settings, then Connectors, open the ••• menu beside BeigeCheck and choose Remove. To change its details, remove it and add it again. Your BeigeCheck owner can also remove one person from Team in BeigeCheck, which ends their access in every AI tool straight away.

What BeigeCheck can see and do

Claude gets six read-only tools: the company’s voice brief, its approved facts, a check of a draft, what’s changed since they last asked, where their drafts sent for sign-off stand, and their own voice. None of them can change anything in BeigeCheck or in Claude. Security and data has where it’s stored and who processes it. Questions? Write to hello@beigecheck.com.
