The AI tools can only read
BeigeCheck’s connection to Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot can fetch your facts and voice and check drafts. It can’t change anything. Every change to your company’s knowledge happens in BeigeCheck, and waits for an approver.
Every change has an approver and a history
Proposed facts and voice changes wait for a person to approve, correct or reject them. Each approved change is kept as a version, with who approved it and when, so you can always see what changed and go back.
You choose what happens to drafts
Each workspace keeps draft text for 90 days, for 365 days, or never. With “never”, we keep the scores without any of the draft’s words. A daily job clears drafts when their time is up.
Your data stays yours
Each company’s data is separated from every other company’s in our database. We don’t sell it, and the AI model we use isn’t allowed to train on it. For your company’s workspace, you’re the controller and we’re your processor, and we’ll sign a data processing agreement.
Each person signs in as themselves
Every connection uses the person’s own BeigeCheck sign-in, and owners can see which AI tool each person has connected and when they last used it.
Microsoft 365 is switched on by your administrator
On Microsoft 365, your administrator adds BeigeCheck as a connector and decides who can use it. Microsoft’s notice makes your company the data controller for what Copilot retrieves, which matches how we process it.
Your data is processed in the UK and Europe, apart from sign-in and the AI model.
Where data leaves the UK or Europe, we rely on the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
